We are looking for an experienced accountant to oversee financial records, transaction management, reporting, and compliance activities within the organization. The role involves maintaining accurate accounts, supporting payroll and taxation processes, coordinating financial documentation, and contributing to budgeting and audit activities.
Record and maintain daily financial transactions.
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor settlements.
Perform ledger verification and account reconciliations.
Prepare financial reports including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
Coordinate month-end, quarter-end, and annual financial closure activities.
Support audit preparation, taxation processes, and statutory documentation.
Process payroll-related records and deduction tracking.
Contribute to budgeting and financial forecasting activities.
Maintain organized financial records and related documentation.
Provide administrative support for finance-related operational activities when required.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of accounting or finance experience.
Strong understanding of accounting practices and financial workflows.
Ability to manage responsibilities independently and meet timelines.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax procedures is preferred.
Familiarity with QuickBooks, Tally, or similar accounting platforms is an advantage.
Awareness of Indian Accounting Standards is a plus.
