We are seeking to hire experienced Business Analysts to act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. The role involves requirement gathering, process analysis, and ensuring the successful delivery of business solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business improvements and leading analysis initiatives.
Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into functional specifications, workflows, and use cases.
Lead stakeholder discussions to validate requirements.
Support project teams throughout the SDLC, including testing and deployment.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and process improvement opportunities.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
Mentor junior BAs and provide guidance on best practices.
Drive process optimization and contribute to strategic business initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related fields.
2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
Strong expertise in requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel (advanced), SQL, and reporting tools (Tableau, Bold BI, etc.).
Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, and project management methodologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead workshops, mentor juniors, and implement process improvements.
