We are looking for a Senior Business Consultant to support pre-sales and post-sales activities for Almasons GiNi® solutions. The role involves understanding customer operations, participating in warehouse and distribution center walkthroughs, and helping organizations improve supply chain efficiency through technology-driven solutions.
Support pre-sales and customer engagement activities.
Conduct warehouse and DC walkthroughs to understand operational workflows.
Identify operational challenges and recommend suitable solutions.
Participate in solution demonstrations and customer discussions.
Coordinate with internal teams during solution planning and delivery.
Assist customers during implementation and post-go-live activities.
Prepare reports, presentations, and customer documentation.
Travel to customer locations for meetings, workshops, and project support.
Experience in warehouse operations or supply chain automation is mandatory.
Good understanding of warehouse and distribution center processes.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to understand customer requirements and operational challenges.
Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and customers.
Willingness to travel for customer engagements and project activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related fields preferred.
